Designed by StH for Horm, the Tune Coffee Table pairs two broad planes of Canaletto walnut with slender, round legs in solid walnut. The top and lower shelf follow the same outline. Viewed from above, the grain draws attention to the shape of the tabletop. From the side, the gap between the tiers gives the table an open profile and reveals the grain of the lower shelf.
Both tiers are useful in a living room. The upper surface has room for drinks, a tray or a vase, while the shelf below keeps books and magazines within reach. The legs extend a short distance below the shelf, lifting it off the floor. With the sides open, a favorite book is easy to spot and pull out from beside a lounge chair.
Choose version E for a rectangular top that runs parallel to a rug or seating group. Versions A through D have angled outlines that can follow a turn in the seating arrangement. A is the smaller of the two equal-sided options, and B is the larger. C and D use the same two side lengths in different orientations. The overhead drawings in the gallery show where the longer edge falls, so you can choose the shape that fits your room.
Made in Italy by Horm. Price is for one table.
