Step Chair Soft Upholstered with Sled Base 9W4.93 by Tonon

The Step Soft Upholstered Chair 9W4.93 by Tonon combines Mac Stopa's organic seating design with additional padding and a lightweight sled-style steel frame. The chair's rounded seat and back are covered in fabric or leather, creating a gently cushioned profile that reinterprets the smooth geometry of classic molded modern chairs.

On this 9W4.93, matte-black steel-rod runners provide a continuous open base that contrasts with the soft upholstered shell. The armless form makes it convenient for arranging multiple chairs around a table, while the sled support gives the design a distinctive appearance from the side. This is an Italian contemporary dining chair for residential and hospitality spaces seeking a balance of extra cushioning, clean lines, and restrained metal detailing.
