Marcel Breuer Small Laccio Table – RAL Color Edition

Marcel Breuer designed the Laccio Table while experimenting with tubular steel and new furniture forms at the Bauhaus workshops. The smallest of the Laccio tables was originally used as a seat for refectory tables. The Laccio series would later appear in photographs of Walter Gropius' house in Dessau. Breuer went on to produce the design in various sizes and dimensions while working with Standard-Möbel.

Marcel Breuer was influenced by the De Stijl movement of the 1910s and 1920s, particularly the bold geometry of Gerrit Rietveld's furniture. The RAL Color Edition brings a new range of color to Breuer's simple, architectural design. The tabletop is finished in a selected RAL Classic lacquer color and may be paired with a chrome-plated tubular steel frame. The small Laccio works on its own as an accent table or alongside the large Laccio, sold separately.
