Lago Side Chair by Driade

The Lago Chair by Driade is characterized by the embracing shell and “stiletto” legs.   The concept of the chair illustrates how the idea of lightness can be transformed into a project.  The Lagò is enhanced by intense and bright colors that deliberately smooth the entire surface. 

The Lago Chair, designed by Philippe Starck, was launched in 2014.  Recognized as one of the world's most influential designers, this highly prolific French designer has over 10,000 designs to his name.  From chairs to buildings, and motorcycles to clothing, Starck remains one of the world's most creative minds.

The Lago Chair is delightfully contemporary in its appearance, working well in contemporary homes, restaurants, and as a visitor chair.
