Designed around 1905, this piece exemplifies his pursuit of artistic harmony, rendered here in bentwood. Crafted from steam-bent beechwood, it artfully transforms functional elements into decorative features—most notably in its twelve gently curving coat hooks that crown the structure like a stylized crown, merging utility with visual rhythm. The stand’s architectural minimalism and precise craftsmanship make it a sculptural presence as much as a practical furnishing.

Produced today by Wiener GTV Design, a direct continuation of Gebrüder Thonet Vienna’s heritage, the Kolo Moser stand continues to be handcrafted in Italy with a modern lens on material and finish.
