Gropius Sofa CS1 by Noom

The Gropius Sofa CS1 by Noom is part of their latest furniture collection, which honors the Bauhaus School's founding in Germany on its 100th anniversary. This collection exemplifies the ideals of practicality and minimalism, blending art and craftsmanship to create structures and items with clean, geometric forms.  Noom embraces this modernist philosophy, paying tribute to the trailblazing visionaries who brought it to fruition.

Created by Ukrainian designer Kateryna Sokolova, this chair's shape was “gathered” from balls and cylinders. A round pillow and an ottoman (sold separately) appeal to interaction with the chair.

Materials: Wood frame covered in foam rubber and injection molded soft foam.  Seat, legs and back upholstered in fabric.  Spherical cushion not included.
