Grand Plie Sofa by Driade

The Grand Plie Sofa by Driade is a sofa for exteriors that complements the Plie Chair and Piaffé tables.  In terms of volume, the fluid mass of the base contrasts with the slender geometry of the backrests.  The high back of the Grand Plie Sofa thus tends to create self-sufficient and protected islands. The rotational molding technique used to make this chair is given renewed effectiveness in this collection, providing a new raison d'être and allowing the outdoor environment to emerge as a privileged place for design.
