The Wiener Stuhl (Viennese Chair) Bentwood Chair with a closed back by GTV is a simplified design that creates an elegant, comfortable, popular sit.  The Wiener Stuhl Bentwood Chair epitomizes the minimalism of Gebrüder Thonet Vienna design with its simple, clear-cut lines. The bentwood structure has an all-embracing simplicity and is formed from just a few elements in steam bent solid beech. The backrest and the back legs are molded from a single piece of wood.

The Gebruder Thonet Wiener Stuhl Bentwood Armchair is available with various different seats: woven cane, beech plywood (with or without perforations), or padded and upholstered in leather or fabric to match the backrest.

The Wiener Stuhl Bentwood Armchair was designed by Gebruder Thonet in 1904.
