Beaulieu Bentwood Armchair with Upholstered Seat and Back by GTV

The Beaulieu Bentwood Armchair was designed by Philippe Nigro for Gebrüder Thonet Vienna in 2021, bringing a contemporary sensibility to the tradition of Viennese bentwood furniture. Gracefully curved sections of beechwood come together to create a distinctive wraparound backrest and gently sweeping armrests, giving the chair an inviting silhouette from every angle. The upholstered seat and backrest introduce softness and comfort while preserving the light, refined character of the bentwood frame. Equally suited to a dining table, a stylish workspace, or an occasional seating area, the Beaulieu combines the craftsmanship of steam-bent wood with a versatile modern profile. A selection of stained and lacquered wood finishes, along with fabric and leather upholstery options, allows it to complement a wide range of interiors.
