The A16 bentwood sool was initially offered in in the late 1800s.  Designed by one of Michael Thonet's sons, August Thonet, it remains a popular item due to is light, but strong characteristics.

The A16 bentwood stool is manufactured in an original Michael Thonet factory that dates back to the mid-1800s.  Using steam bending techniques pioneered by Michael Thonet, this factory continues to create classic, as well as contemporary, bentwood furniture.

The A16 bentwood stool is a favorite among design enthusiasts.  It works well in classic as well as contemporary settings.  We offer a vast array of stains, lacquers, fabrics and leathers for this item making it possible to customize for any environment.

Dimensions: H 43 1/4"  D 19 3/4"  W 16"  SH 30"

Materials:  Bentwood stool.  Frame in solid natural beechwood or beechwood with stain or lacquer finish.  Seat upholstered with fabric or leather.
