Based on one of Michael Thonet's most famous and commercially popular designs, Bauhaus2YourHouse is proud to offer the A18/14 with cane or fabric seat with a contract environment ready chair brace.  Commonly used in restaurants and cafes, the A18/14 has been popular for well over 100 years in Europe and throughout the United States.  With a hoop brace below the seat, and additional bracing running from the seat to the back, this is an especially strong version of one of the most famous chairs in the world.   Using Michael Thonet's steam bending technique, these chairs are have been hand built by Italian craftsmen and offer a wide range of wood stains and fabrics.  This offering of commonly used and unique items makes Bauhaus2YourHouse the premier showcase of Michael Thonet's contract oriented bentwood designs.
