Frank Lloyd Wright designed this solid cherry table in 1917. It is commonly referred to as the Allen table. The Allen Residence is located in Wichita, Kansas. It represents one of Wright's finest residential designs. Many of the original furniture pieces are still on location at the site.
Much of Frank Lloyd Wright's career is associated with his simple, yet elegant use of geometry as seen in his "Prairie" houses. He was a master of organic design with a complete focus on the relationship between the site and the building. Considered by many to be one of America's most important and influential architects, Frank Lloyd Wright's legacy lives on in these high quality reproductions of some of his most famous furniture designs.
